Whether Daisy is conducting a workshop or providing one-on-one coaching, she creates a challenging, energetic, and supportive climate in which people are encouraged to think, to hope, and to dream. Daisy’s educational programs are customized to meet your specific needs, your particular challenges, and where you are in your life --- at the present moment. Presentation/program format can vary from individual to group sessions as follows:

  • Personal life/wellness/fitness coaching sessions (in person or by phone and/or e-mail); not to exceed one hour

  • 30 to 45 minute keynote speech

  • 1 to 1 ½ hour breakout session

  • 30 to 60 minute webinar

  • Half day or full day seminar

Stress costs American industry an estimated $100 billion each year, but no one can calculate what the cost is to our personal lives. Whether it stems from family problems, illness, career frustration, emotional strain, or a major life change, unrelieved stress can incapacitate and kill. This program is designed to help participants gain an understanding of their susceptibility to stress and to learn to deal with stress-causing situations and attitudes.

How often have you heard or even said, “Money doesn’t matter to me”? How do we treat things that matter? And how do we treat things that don’t matter. When things matter, we pay attention to them. We treat them with care; we are mindful of what we do with them; we are gentle with them; and we learn about them. This is the attitude we must have with our money if we it to be around for us – when we need it most. This workshop is designed to reshape the way you think about and use money. You will leave knowing how to take better care of your money so that it will last to take care of your and allow you to do the things that are important to you.
